This is a set of two JConcepts 3D’s Short Course Tires. Straight-out of the JConcepts Third Dimension are the creatively designed 3D’s 1/10th buggy race tire. Debuted at the IFMAR World Championships in Pattaya, Thailand for the 1/8th buggy class, the 3D’s designed by Jason Ruona and tested by the JConcepts Team are a first of their kind. Developed to be the ultimate Slick-groove tire, the 3D’s are a first to combine the high-stability design of a black groove bar tire into an individually flexible pattern of finely spaced Double Dee lugs in one package.
The roots of the 3D’s design came after extensive research and development over a period of 2 racing seasons. As racing on both indoor and outdoor conditions have matured, a more flexible, supremely grippy tire design was necessary to drive the edgy, fast pace. The 3D’s grip as a new, highly sought after, favorite in these conditions. 3D’s excel on indoor and outdoor hard packed surfaces with either dry or wet conditions. Drivers will feel the immediate impact of the exclusive design and proprietary rubber compound as they rip around the track at blistering speeds. An all-out design for racing, pure JConcepts.

brandon swisher Thursday, Feb 4 2016 (about 9 years ago) JConcepts 3D’s Short Course Tires (2) (Blue) great outdoor tire. Really a good tire outdoors on a dusty track front and rear my 4WD. Edges wear out a little fast but a great tire. 2 customers found this review helpful. Scott Van Wey Wednesday, Sep 22 2021 (about 4 years ago) JConcepts 3D’s Short Course Tires (2) (Blue) Excellent tire. I built a Slash 2WD LCG with an XR8 esc and a castle 4600 sensored motor to beat around my local indoor clay track on Saturdays with my daughter. Set the truck up like back when we raced SC10’s. I bought these tires because they were cheap, and all gold compounds were unavailable. To my surprise, these things hook up right out the bag! The track is wet the morning, then gets dusty and dry. I had no spinouts, no traction rolls. It was dialed. The guys with the mid motors on MC and Gold compound thought it was a 4WD!! 1 customer found this review helpful. Charlie Armes Verified Owner Wednesday, Jun 9 2021 (about 4 years ago) JConcepts 3D’s Short Course Tires (2) (Black) I would recommend this tire for any loose outdoor surface. Glue up easily.
Maybe once they’re worn down you can use them on a loose low to medium traction clay.
New out of the box, with anything faster than a 17.5T, you wont have very good forward or side bite. 1 customer found this review helpful. John Shaw Wednesday, Jul 22 2015 (about 10 years ago) JConcepts 3D’s Short Course Tires (2) (Blue) Performance wise for me, this is a 5 star tire. It handles well from light dusty to sticky clay you get at night when the moisture starts to come back up out the track. When I’m having problems with traction roll in rutted out corners with larger pins or at night with Hole Shots, I go to this tire. The only problem I had was with the small insert. It didn’t quite fill in the inside of the tire. However, JConcepts came to the rescue with new tires and the new dirt web inserts. I thought I was only going to get inserts so I felt they went above and beyond what they had to do. Thinking about getting some for my 1/8 scale buggy too. 1 customer found this review helpful. Aaron Boyer Verified Owner Tuesday, Dec 8 2020 (about 4 years ago) JConcepts 3D’s Short Course Tires (2) (Green) These tires stuck to the track! I was way way faster. 2wd short course. Out boor track is loose loamy hard pack. “O” Track temp 30*. I have three 5000 50c packs on them with no sing of wear yet. View all reviews
