This is the Hitec D845WP Waterproof Monster Torque Steel Gear Large Scale Servo. The steel D-845WP is part of the D-Series servo line. All Hitec D-Series servos have been designed Hitec’s cutting edge, custom engineering. Combining industry leading high-resolution, state-of-the-art ultra-response technology with a 32-bit MCU and 12-bit ADC for unprecedented programmability and flexibility, these servos deliver significantly smoother movement.
The speedy, powerful line operates on a wide 4.8 ~ 8.4 voltage range, allowing use with any common battery chemistry without the need for adapters or regulators. Featuring a 15 tooth HD output spline with 3mm hex screw, each D-Series servo brings monster performance never known before in the market.
NOTE: Losi Desert Buggy XL applications will require shimming at the servo or the servo tray, to raise the servo high enough to clear the chassis.

Then getting burning hot. Amain would not replace it.even tho ive spent nearly 2k with them this year. I had to send it back to hitec and now they arent responding to my emails either. The ESC fan was intermittent and my LED bar wash flashing. Once the servo was unplugged from the receiver, the ESC fan and the LED bar were working fine. Amain really helped me out with this. Put this in a Losi DBXL 2.0. It will fit in the servo tray as is, but I would suggest a very slight trim anyway.

I ran it for a little while but ultimately it couldn’t turn the tires anymore. I knew I would be happy with the Hitec so I got another one for it as well.
