This is a set of Hot Racing Slash 4×4 Light Weight Front Metal CV Splined Drive Shafts, an optional upgrade heavy duty splined star drive axle kit for the Traxxas electric Stampede 4X4, Slash 4×4, Rustler 4X4 models.
Features:

• CNC machined #45 hardened carbon steel, S2 spring steel and Aluminum construction
• Replaces factory plastic drive axles
• Hard Black Anodized Aluminum Slider
• Blue anodized aluminum pin capture rings with rubber o-rings to prevent movement
• Design eliminated CV pin setscrew
• Hardened S2 Spring steel wheel shaft
• #45 Steel is black finish S2 spring in Brown finish
• Rubber dust boot to keep the Splined Drive for maximum protection against the elements
• Replaces factory plastic Traxxas parts

James Mansfield Verified Owner Monday, Jul 22 2024 (about a year ago) Hot Racing Front Light Weight Metal CV Splined Drive Shaft for Traxxas Slash 4×4 These are really crap. Stick with the stock plastic ones they are significantly better. Both lost their locator pins within an hour rendering them useless as the pin is not a size i have in the spares box. Very poorly designed and quite expensive.
