Evan Roeth Verified Owner Wednesday, Apr 7 2021 (about 4 years ago) Kyosho RB6.6 Laydown SP Idler Gear (40T) I run stock 17.5 motor in this my Kyosho RB6.6 with this idler gear and laydown transmission for carpet racing. I cannot tell you how many of these I have stripped. It’s a lot of work to change one out and they strip almost every time I’m at the track. Yes high traction carpet racing puts stress on them but they should NOT strip that easily. Im running my slipper about 2 turns from fully tight. Kyosho really needs to make an aluminum one of these.
