This is a replacement Losi Rear Ring and Pinion Gear Set for use with the Tenacity SCT. This set also includes two shims.

Eric Larsen Verified Owner Monday, Sep 9 2024 (about a year ago) Losi Tenacity SCT Rear Ring & Pinion Gear Set Not impressed with this gearset given the price. These are going on my Lasernut running exclusively 3s power. I just lost the stock rear diff and rebuilt the new one with all new components (bulkhead, carrier, internal gears, bearings, etc) AND the upgraded Losi aluminum bearing inserts. I’ve been building RC diffs for around 15 years and know how to shim properly. Only three packs in of reasonable dirt runs and I’m already getting the dreaded rear end “click-click” under hard acceleration and braking. I think these gear teeth are just too small for the heavier Lasernut and simply don’t last. If I upgraded to the aluminum bulkhead and carrier to eliminate ALL flex, maybe they would last. But at ~$35 per set for these gears, routine maintenance on this little 1/10 scale truck gets expensive fast. View all reviews
