Todd Schmidt Verified Owner Thursday, Jun 28 2012 (about 13 years ago) RC Screwz Stainless Steel Screw Kit for Traxxas Stampede VXL 4×4 I purchased these screws a few days ago and just began the conversion.
It is not a complete set as advertised as it does not include the 3x12mm shoulder screws needed for shocks. I contacted manufacture and was rudely told that those are considered pins and if I had read the FAQ I would have known that. Not sure if other screws are missing at this point.
Also so far 90% of the screws are too long. The screws appear to be good quality but the kit is horribly put together. Tons of screws but so far not the right ones for my stampede 4×4 vxl. 6 customers found this review helpful. Most screws were too long/too short and there were a few types that the proper amount were not included. On the plus side the stainless seems to be good quality. 1 customer found this review helpful.
