I have put various kits together for my shop over the years, and the time and effort involved was a pain. This generic kit includes various length M3 button and flat head screws. It is so handy to have on hand! I transferred all the screws over to the boxes I use, but the box is a nice touch compared to buying individual bags. Part of why I bought this and not a bagged set was to avoid the need for a separate organizer for screws.
