This is a replacement Serpent Aluminum Rear Gear Differential, used in the rear gearbox of the SRX-4 4WD Buggy. This differential includes the necessary parts to assemble one complete differential, minus bearings and oil.

Ryan Kee Zhi Jin Friday, Jul 22 2022 (about 3 years ago) Serpent Aluminum Rear Gear Differential Works Well, pair with the metal idler gear and you will have a very reliable gearbox. Only gripe is that when breaking, the gears are too strong, and the diff will send any leftover rotation to the wheel with least traction. Basically it spins out when braking. You either have to have a good set of rear tires or heavy fluid to remedy this little problem. Otherwise, very good product. Taylor DeLosa Verified Owner Tuesday, May 24 2022 (about 3 years ago) Serpent Aluminum Rear Gear Differential 1 of the small screws broke. It’s a proprietary design, which I hate. It’s a nut type on one end that captures the bolt. I messaged serpent to get a replacement but no response. I wouldn’t suggest running this diff when there are better options like DRC, etc. I really did not like the design, then it broke, I spent $50 on a paper weight. View all reviews
