The Tamiya 1/32 DCR-01 Mini 4WD PRO Model. This is a injection molded plastic kit featuring the high-performance MA chassis. The “Midship Aero” Chassis has improved speed and acceleration performance over the MS Chassis, with a one piece white ABS frame, smooth underbody and side guards added for stability poles or mass dampers.
The DCR-01, “Decross Zero One,” features an futuristic, low-height open-wheel body design and bodyshell with special Cross System design. The body is molded in attractive Pearl Red and consists of three parts: the front cowl, the rear cowl and the canopy, and any of them can be swapped for other color parts and painted easily. A racer can even assemble the kit without the canopy parts, making it a open top bodyshell. Combine with any of the DCR series bodyshell parts to create unique body styles. This snapfit kit comes with large diameter 6-spoke low-profile gunmetal grey wheels, paired with black low-profile slick elastomer tires. This kit uses a 130 double shaft motor and a standard gear ratio of 3.5:1. A hobby knife/trimmer, a small screwdriver and two Two R6/AA/UM3 batteries are needed to complete the kit.
Note:Never use NiMh batteries with this model. Two R6/AA/UM3 batteries are needed to complete.
