This is a pack of two optional Tekno RC Aluminum Stub Axles. These Tekno RC Aluminum Stub Axles are designed to reduce rotating mass as well as unsprung weight without sacrificing strength or durability.
CNC Machined from 7075 aluminum, then hard anodized for wear, these axles provide a weight reduction of over 12 grams per pair (over 24 grams for the whole set!). They are a direct replacement for the stock steel stub axles (TKR5070).

James Ault Verified Owner Sunday, May 8 2016 (about 9 years ago) Tekno RC Aluminum Stub Axle (2) I thought these were going to be a great upgraded piece. Last night at a club race on my truggy, I broke a rear axle when I came down in the rhythm section. It’ snapped right where the pin goes through the axle to hold the drive nut in place. I have these in my buggy as well and I’m thinking of changing them to the universal axles so I don’t have the same problem. I agree they will save you wait but they are in a vulnerableposition to be made out of aluminum I think.
