Traxxas Front Heavy Duty Steel CV Driveshaft (2)

This is an optional Traxxas Front Steel Constant-Velocity Driveshaft Set, and is intended for use with the Traxxas Slash 4×4 and Stampede 4×4 1/10 scale trucks. Traxxas Steel Constant Velocity Shafts offer the ultimate in torque handling and efficient power transfer. The outer U-joints are lubricated and sealed by a rubber boot for maximum protection against the elements, and the U-joint pins are held captive so you never have to worry about losing a pin. Gleaming nickel-plated shafts and blue silicone boots add a custom look.

First time out all 4 boots shredded due to rpm parts not compatible. If boots tear the rest fall apart cuz the boot holds the pin. After ordering the repair kit and fixing them, first time out the shaft breaks right were the hex goes in the wheel. Not worth it if ur a brushless backyard basher like me. Owned them for many years. They are excellent shafts for typical Traxxas basher applications. Even though they are 3x more expensive than the plastic, they are 10x better.
