Except maybe one question to ARRMA – why use 2,25 mm pins and not some 2,37 or 2,19 so it would be nearly impossible to find in the stores other than RC? [Thankfully] they get locked up and allow the diff to work as normal even when they are broken so they likely won’t put your car on the workbench right away. But when they break it makes disassembly of the differential far more difficult. Specifically removal of the large spider gears inside the diff. Getting these gears off with broken pins often requires a vise, pliers, and a few curse words. The pins really need to be several thousandths of an inch larger in diameter and the outdrives need to have less of a bevel around the hole that these pins go in. View all reviews
