Dynamite Wheel Balancing Tape/Chassis Ballast

This is a roll of Dynamite Wheel Balancing Tape/Chassis Ballast Tape. This tape is 13mm wide, weighs 45 grams out of the package and features pre-applied double sided tape on the bottom. The tape can be used in a variety of applications such as chassis weight, balance weight or in conjunction with the Dynamite 1/8 Scale Tire Balancer (DYN2620).

You can stack multiple peices on top of each other to conterbalance a heavy spot. doesn’t come off even after tire cleaning. Anonymous Verified Owner Tuesday, Mar 8 2016 (about 9 years ago) Dynamite Wheel Balancing Tape/Chassis Ballast I really like this tape for balancing tires. For most buggy tires 1/4″ to 1/2″ of this tape is all that is needed to get a perfect balance. The adhesive is nice and strong so no worries that it will come off either. I used to use clay or putty for balancing but this stuff works better for whatever reason. Especially truggy tires, I think the fact that it lays flat and is spread out a little more than clay could be the reason, but whatever it is I’m sticking with this stuff from now on.
