Anonymous Verified Owner Friday, Nov 18 2022 (about 2 years ago) Hobbywing Quicrun 1625 1/18th Scale Brushed ESC Put this in a scx24. Stock esc was defective. Using with the hot racing 0.50 motor. Works smooth. Can tell a difference in the power and movement of vehicle with better esc and motor. Fits nice. 2 customers found this review helpful. jason Lasswell Verified Owner Tuesday, Aug 5 2025 (8 weeks ago) Hobbywing Quicrun 1625 1/18th Scale Brushed ESC Installed in a 1/18 with a 340 18 turn brushed motor. Battery wires and motor wires are too small. Got hot with 7.2v nimh batteries just sitting still and rebooted each time I tried cycling the stock micro servo.
While my opinion of this ESC is not good, I have been a long time Amain customer. To my surprise, Amain reached out to me and exceeded again in their phenomenal customer service.
