Plugged it into my rx at 6v and it makes a weird variable pitch sound that goes higher and lower… I don’t have much faith in this lasting the test of time since it sounds weird out of the box and not a consistent pitch. Louder than my YR 40mm fan.

** Update I bought another and it spins really slow like the previous reviewer. The first one didn’t spin this slowly. Well this fan does not use the same internals as the aluminum model. It spins at a very low speed and doesn’t blow much air. Unfortunately I bought 2 of them. Don’t waste your money. View all reviews
