This is an optional ST Racing Concepts Slash CNC Machined Aluminum Engine Mount. The CNC machined aluminum engine mount is a much stronger foundation for the Traxxas Engine compared to the stock cast aluminum mount. High-heat from the engine can possibly crack the cast aluminum mount around the screw threads. This CNC machined aluminum engine mount is more durable and can take more abuse.
