Didn’t have the installation issues the other reviewer did. Steering feels much more connected than with the stock parts. Very durable, too. Had a full speed shot into a curb, which wiped out my front bulkhead, front diff case and cracked the chassis. Didn’t bend or break anything on this bellcrank. I was very surprised, to say the least!! Only issue was with the screw washers they included. I stripped them out the first time installing this. Very easily fixed with a couple of cap heads and washers. 3 of 4 customers found this review helpful. Neat stuff, but, no instructions. OK, so wrenching an r/c isn’t brain surgery, but still. Really can’t fault the product though; good stuff. Took almost all of the wiggle out of the steering (to the point that when I wander off course and smack a curb I know it was all me) and I haven’t found the servo serving double duty as a “fuse”. Good buy. Oh, and I bet you can find somebody installing these bits on You Tube if you find yourself in crisis mode. Anonymous Verified Owner Saturday, Jun 25 2011 (about 14 years ago) ST Racing Concepts HD Aluminum Steering Bellcrank Set for Traxxas Slash (Blue) I recently bought these with my slash ultimate, but after trying to install it, i could not get the screw cap part back on if using the washer included with the traxxas setup. they are definatly made nice, but check reviews on the net first before you “need” this part. Seems that it can cause servos to break a lot more easily.
id give it 4 out of 5, they are definatly made well, however some instructions would have been nice Ben Beyer Verified Owner Thursday, Aug 13 2015 (about 10 years ago) ST Racing Concepts HD Aluminum Steering Bellcrank Set for Traxxas Slash (Blue) Put this on my Slash and Stampede. Seemed good at first. Got rid of slop. But always had centering issues and started stripping servo gears. Found they are seizing even when backed off all the way.
