Anonymous Friday, Nov 24 2017 (about 7 years ago) Team Associated XP 5-LED Aluminum Light Bar Kit (88mm) I purchased this light bar from a different source and immediately noticed the resistor in the wiring becomes very hot – hot enough to burn you if you’re not careful. It was plugged into the receiver running the standard 6.0v output (I double checked with a multi meter just in case)The lights are very bright however that under rated resistor kills the product for me. Aside from posing a burn risk, I doubt that little resistor will have a very long life heating up so much. No longer use mine. It’s blinding bright – which is great! It can also take a beating; I flipped my buggy a few times on asphalt with this light bar on top. A little expected scratch or two, but works just fine.
