This is a pack of two “Pink – 0.810 Rate” Traxxas Progressive Rate Long GTR Shock Springs. These are one step softer than the stiffest progressive springs available for the Long shock (TRA7461X). Traxxas offers a wide variety of spring rates for the GTR shocks to provide almost limitless tuning possibilities. The springs are made from high-quality spring steel with durable powder-coated finishes, and the spring rate is indicated by colored dots on the end of the spring.

I upgraded my 4×4 slash to the LCG and according to Traxxas this is what you can put on the front with the Long GTR shocks.
What a joke, the shocks are too short, youll end up screwing down ALL the way just to get your car to a normal ride height.
