Elias Roman Verified Owner Sunday, Jun 12 2022 (about 3 years ago) Traxxas Rear Ring & Pinion Gear Set Ring and pinion is very robust and durable but beware for brushed 4×4 owners. these are not installed in the brushed models “slash, rustler, stampede 4×4 XL5” they utilize the stampede 4×4 42 ring 12 pinion, so if you do decide to upgrade for your brushed model make sure you also get the front if you only swap rear it will spin rear wheels faster than fronts which causes the vehicle to be uncontrollable . besides that this is a very worthy product. Highly Recommend it. (side note for XL5 users. if you decide to use the 37 ring and 13 pinion be sure to check motor temps as they raise the ratio for more speed) 1 customer found this review helpful. View all reviews
